What makes MCLUX SHOP different?

We ship across the UK, EU, the USA and most international destinations. Standard and express options are shown at checkout, with costs calculated by weight. What is your returns policy?

If something isn’t right, we accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact info@mclux.shop with your order number and we’ll guide you. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept used products unless they’re faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the items are received and checked.

Are your products cruelty-free, vegan and suitable for sensitive skin?
